Star Wars The Clone Wars

This afternoon, I took the boys to see the new Star Wars The Clone Wars movie at the base theater. We also took their friends Elias and Henry and met our other friends Mike and Leslie there. The movie was great! I wasn't sure what to expect, but they did a nice job of fitting it in nicely with the rest of the Star Wars franchise. A lot of the character's voices in the film were done by the actors that played them in the other Star Wars movies, so there was a fair degree of continuity. After the movie we joined Mike and Leslie for some bowling and dinner at the bowling alley. Ahh, the conveniences of living on base. Overall it was a great afternoon with some quality time spent with the boys and some of our friends, and because we did it on base, it barely cost anything!
