Another Great Day

Cyndi's parents Don and Shirley are in town for a couple of days to visit with us before heading to Don's high school reunion in Leominster MA. We spent most of the day driving around with Shirley looking at properties and cars. Had dinner at the Red Hook Brewery in Dover NH. Here are some pics from the day taken with my new Nikon D700. This camera kicks ass!

Bought my little sweetheart some new toys tonight! As you can see, she was very excited!    

Waikiki Zoo

We spent the day strolling through downtown Waikiki. We ended up visiting the zoo after we had lunch. The zoo was a lot bigger than I expected. Saw almost all of the exhibits. The boys had a lot of fun, especially Jon Jon. Sophia was not as interested in the animals as I thought she would be. I think she was tired, she fell asleep about half way through the zoo. Johnnie Walker on the Rocks!

Johnnie Walker on the Rocks! A local favorite in these parts. It's also been enjoyed in Palau.

Mr. Walker ran his boat aground on Magundas Reef. It's been there for a couple of weeks. No media coverage, not sure why, did some pretty gnarly damage to the reef. A friend of mine took these pics from a helo.

The word on the street is that this was an unfortunate combination of the autopilot and some entertainment along for the ride. Wow, what a ride that must have been! 

T-94: Jamaican Grill

Had lunch at Jamaican Grill with the Hettels. Despite having a cold and not feeling well, Sophia was busy melting hearts. Our sweet little girl! 

T-95: French Fry Queen

Had lunch at the Clipper Landing with Cyndi, Sophia, and Ed on Friday. Sophia sure does love french fries!  

T-103: Diet Food

Cyndi is currently on a diet trying to loose some weight to meet the Navy's standards. This was her dinner tonight...yuck! Dieting is no fun. 

T-106: Baked Mafute

One breath, a dive to 84', one shot, 2:00 round trip = a fish on the stringer. One Mafute, a gob of mayonaise, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 minced green onions, some lemon pepper, and 35 min at 400 degrees = delicious.
